86.7% of people think it’s a good time to invest in property.

Over the last month we ran a survey on our website – we asked the simple question: “Do you think it is a good time to be investing in residential property?”

The overwhelming response you gave us was ‘YES’ [86.7% of you said yes to be exact!]

If it’s such a good time to buy the property market should be booming right?

Well if everyone thought this way it probably would take off, however these results are probably more a reflection of our passionate property investor community, rather than the views of the wider community.

But perhaps that’s what makes a result like this even more telling – after all if property enthusiasts say it is a good time to be buying property they’re probably on to something.

One person who continues to achieve great results and who lives by the mantra ‘It’s always a good time to buy property’ is property renovator Andrew.
